  • 1 tablespoon Shaoxing wine (or dry sherry)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • Cooked rice, for serving

Instructions:

  1. Marinate the chicken: In a bowl, combine the chicken pieces with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of Shaoxing wine, and 1 teaspoon of sesame oil. Let it marinate for about 15-20 minutes.

  2. Heat the oil: In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until hot.
